Job Description
Senior Relationship Manager at Daxtra Technologies driving customer success and retention with AI recruitment solutions. Managing relationships across a diverse portfolio of US-based clients in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer retention and expansion initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Execute strategic renewal negotiations and identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of 60+ established accounts across the United States.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic account planning and relationship building.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to maximize user adoption.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address potential challenges.
Requirements:
- Recruitment / Staffing Industry Experience (former recruiter) OR proven track record in SaaS B2B account management, customer success, or sales.
- Preferred:Experience in recruitment technology, HR software, or related SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in renewal discussions and sales target achievement.
- History of building lasting client relationships and driving customer satisfaction with at least 10 years experience.
