Job Description
Especialista em retenção remoto para grupo educacional, atendendo alunos por voz e WhatsApp. Investigando cancelamentos e negociando soluções para manter matrículas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound support to students via voice and WhatsApp
- Investigate and understand the reason for enrollment cancellation
- Complete procedures and update records in the system
- Prevent students from withdrawing from the institution
- Use negotiation and persuasion techniques to retain students and prevent cancellations
- Identify students’ needs and provide practical, objective solutions
- Handle different situations raised by students during each interaction
- Gain experience across Voice Customer Service, Chat, WhatsApp, Retention, and Outbound Support operations
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have completed high school
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Must have the necessary setup to work from home
- This position is also open to people with disabilities and beneficiaries who have been rehabilitated by Brazil’s Social Security system
