Job Description
RCM Lead overseeing revenue cycle operations across Candid Health's clients. Leading teams and driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee revenue cycle operations across Candid Health's portfolio of clients
- Manage high-performing onshore and offshore teams
- Drive RCM KPIs and outcomes
- Build & scale the department by creating and refining playbooks
- Monitor key metrics to adjust resourcing and priorities
- Act as the primary contact for complex customer issues
- Partner with Customer Support and Customer Strategy & Operations teams
Requirements:
- 8-12+ years of medical billing experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience building and leading teams
- Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams is preferred
- Strong track record of driving revenue outcomes & efficiencies for RCM functions
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience across multiple specialties and telehealth billing
- Clear and concise communicator
- Experience collaborating with product/engineering teams
