Job Description
Senior Rewards Business Partner delivering compensation, incentive, and equity programs for Nebius’ global AI cloud platform. Advising GTM leaders and shaping evidence-based rewards decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior Rewards Business Partner and connective layer between Nebius' global Rewards operating model and its global go-to-market organization
- Own end-to-end delivery of global rewards programs for GTM, translating enterprise frameworks into plans, decisions, communications, and manager actions
- Advise senior GTM leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition while maintaining consistency, fairness, affordability, and governance
- Evaluate new and evolving GTM roles within the global job architecture and recommend grade, salary range, incentive opportunity, and equity treatment
- Lead GTM delivery across merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including timelines, leadership calibrations, issue resolution, and equitable, on-budget outcomes
- Partner with Rewards, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and business leaders on sales incentive and variable pay programs
- Monitor external market trends and internal GTM workforce data across geographies, roles, pay mix, and incentive practices
- Apply global equity frameworks across GTM and propose evidence-based differentiation through governance channels
- Develop executive insights on pay positioning, incentive outcomes, equity value, budget impact, hiring trends, and retention risk
- Track rewards-program delivery, adoption, and effectiveness; identify pay, incentive, compression, and equity risks and lead corrective action
- Bridge GTM and global Rewards, lead manager enablement, and guide less experienced rewards professionals
Requirements:
- Extensive progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, including substantial business-partnering experience with Sales or other go-to-market functions in a complex multinational organization
- Advanced knowledge of base salary, sales and short-term incentives, equity programs, market pricing, job evaluation, and annual compensation planning, with depth in GTM reward models
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including evaluating ambiguous variables, business implications, and cost implications
- Demonstrated success influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders while balancing business advocacy with enterprise stewardship, global consistency, and governance
- Executive-level communication, consulting, and facilitation skills
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders and explain sophisticated rewards concepts clearly and commercially
- Experience owning cross-functional rewards programs in a matrixed global model
- Experience using compensation, market, sales incentive, and business intelligence tools
- Experience in a publicly listed, global, fast-growing technology or AI organization preferred
- Experience guiding other rewards professionals preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation advantageous
- Must be authorized to work in the country in which applying and provide proof of employment eligibility
