Job Description
Field Service Engineer maintaining and commissioning Movu Robotics shuttle systems at customer sites across Italy. Providing L1/L2 support, training, and service opportunity reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across Italy
- Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance
- Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally
- Assist in commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, ifollow and others
- Detect and report commercial service opportunities such as spare parts and service packs
- Be available for short international trips from Monday to Friday
- Work in shifts and weekends when needed
- Work at height or in refrigerated areas with safety systems of work in place
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience
- Fluent Italian and English required
- Available to travel short periods abroad
- Skilled in MS Office and Teams
- Willing to learn custom software packets
- Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset
- Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed
- No fear of heights or vertigo
