Job Description
Field Service Engineer maintaining and commissioning Movu Robotics shuttle systems across Western France. Providing remote technical support, on-site training, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across Western France
- Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance
- Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally
- Assist in commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, and ifollow
- Detect and report commercial service opportunities, including spare parts and service packs
- Take short international trips from Monday to Friday
- Work in shifts and weekends when needed
- Work on projects at height or in refrigerated areas with safety systems of work in place
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience
- Fluent French and English required
- Available to travel short periods abroad
- Skilled in MS Office and Teams
- Willing to learn custom software packets
- Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset
- Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed
- No fear of heights or vertigo
- Willing to work in shifts and weekends
- Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri)
- Able to work at height and in refrigerated areas with safety systems of work in place
