Job Description
Field Service Engineer maintaining Movu Robotics shuttle systems across UK customer sites. Providing technical support, training, commissioning, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across the UK
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support via helpdesk and remote assistance
- Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally
- Assist in commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, and ifollow
- Detect and report commercial service opportunities, including spare parts and service packs
- Work within the After Sales & Service team to support customer success
- Travel internationally for short periods and work shifts and weekends when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience
- Fluent English required
- Available to travel short periods abroad
- Skilled in MS Office and Teams
- Willing to learn custom software packets
- Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset
- Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed
- No fear of heights or vertigo
- Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri)
- Willing to work in shifts and weekends
- Able to work at height and in refrigerated areas with safety systems of work in place
