Job Description
RPA Developer specializing in Python for developing automation solutions. Collaborating on process optimization and system integration with business areas.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and optimization;
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions (RPA using UiPath, Python scripts, applications) focused on efficiency, scalability, and quality;
- Model, design, and implement processes using BPM (Business Process Management) tools;
- Elicit and document requirements with business areas, translating needs into structured technical solutions;
- Act as a technical reference, supporting the development of analysts and promoting best practices;
- Provide consultative support to departments and branches, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process automation (RPA) and development of enterprise solutions;
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate;
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar);
- Experience integrating systems via APIs (REST, SOAP);
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and work independently;
- Good communication skills, ability to negotiate with business stakeholders, and a holistic/big-picture perspective;
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL);
- Previous experience managing demand/backlog and prioritizing deliveries;
