Job Description

Sales Coordinator for a coaching and education-focused business managing leads and ensuring prospects receive consistent experiences. Fully remote role open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads from social media, applications, email, and referrals
  • Conduct timely and consistent lead follow-up
  • Own CRM hygiene and lead tracking processes
  • Book sales calls and manage scheduling activities
  • Maintain high levels of organization across sales operations activities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Lead Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or CRM-focused roles
  • Strong experience working within CRM systems
  • Experience managing large lead volumes
  • Excellent follow-up and lead nurturing capabilities
