Job Description

Sales Development Representative at Hyland engaging enterprise accounts in DACH, UKI, and Africa. Outbound and inbound lead qualification with a focus on building relationships and optimizing with AI tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities by engaging targeted enterprise accounts in the DACH, UKI and Africa region through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
  • Qualify leads from campaigns, regional events, and digital channels, mapping buying processes and identifying decision-makers
  • Support Sales Executives with opportunity advancement by re-engaging stakeholders, uncovering blockers, and mapping organizational priorities
  • Represent Hyland at industry events and ensure timely follow-up with qualified prospects
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design and execute account-based outbound campaigns tailored for DACH, UKI and AFRICA
  • Build relationships with prospects, demonstrating knowledge of Hyland’s solutions and how they address customer pain points.
  • Leverage AI-powered prospecting, personalization, and research tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Mentor junior SDRs and contribute best practices for international prospecting, compliance, and outreach.
  • Achievement of quarterly pipeline and quota contribution targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–3 years of proven success in outbound sales development or business development, ideally within enterprise software
  • Strong communication skills English
  • German is required for DACH region
  • Additional European or African Language is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and operate effectively across diverse cultures and business environments
  • Experience working in a B2B sales and marketing environment, with relevant industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with regional compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR) in the UAE, KSA and other
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern AI-powered platforms
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, adaptable, and proactive with a passion for technology and continuous improvement
