Job Description
SDR Junior at a fast-growing company transforming leads into business opportunities. Engaging with customers through multichannel prospecting and managing sales pipelines effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct multichannel outbound prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp Business)
- Strategically qualify leads and hand them off to the sales team with relevant insights to support closing
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers until conversion
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales closers
- Manage pipeline, activities, and interactions in the CRM (Kommo)
- Meet weekly and monthly prospecting and opportunity-generation targets, focusing on performance and predictability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields
- Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, pre-sales, or in consultative sales
- Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication style
- Knowledge of sales funnel concepts and outbound prospecting techniques
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Strong results orientation, high execution pace, and a hunger for continuous learning.
