Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for corporate FX risk management solutions at fintech startup. Building relationships and closing high-value deals with finance teams while managing the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Grain’s direct sales motion for corporate FX risk-management solutions.
  • Identify, qualify and engage CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance leaders at mid-market and enterprise corporates.
  • Map corporate FX exposures and treasury workflows, diagnose hedging and process gaps, and design tailored Grain solutions.
  • Present structuring and hedging solutions (spot, forwards, options, blended programs) and build robust financial/business cases showing ROI.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proof-of-value, negotiation and close.
  • Own a book of business: onboard clients and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Trading and Risk teams to shape product roadmap and ensure market fit for hedging features.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM; hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent Grain at industry forums, treasury conferences and client events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years B2B enterprise sales experience selling treasury, FX, or corporate finance software/solutions (SaaS, trading, or bank-originated FX products).
  • Demonstrated track record selling FX risk management tools to Treasurers, CFOs or Heads of Finance and closing complex deals.
  • Strong technical understanding of FX products and hedging strategies (forwards, options, natural hedging, cashflow hedging).
  • Excellent commercial judgement and ability to build financial models / ROI cases.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills; confident presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
