Job Description
Risk Management Associate supporting patient and provider support at Cencora. Processing registrations and maintaining communications with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Process program registrations received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis
- Ensure prompt updates to program database on an ongoing basis
- Maintain effective communications with multiple external and internal customers
- Maintain accurate electronic records of information regarding patient and program registrations, patient data, laboratory alerts, and requests for further information
- Communicate with internal and external clients as deemed necessary
- Assigned other duties and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / data entry role, in an office setting
- Working experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries is an asset
- College diploma or University degree in a related field
- Proactive customer focus
- Bilingualism an asset
