Job Description
Analista de Governança Junior responsável por solucionar problemas de TI e comunicar incidentes críticos. Atuando na gestão de CAPEX, OPEX e auditorias de TI.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues, and, when appropriate, escalating problems using the client's defined escalation procedures.
- Responsible for communicating all incidents or critical issues to the client or the team's technical staff.
- Assist in managing CAPEX, OPEX, and budgeting.
- Manage warranty and support contracts for all IT assets, including hardware and software.
- Manage the procurement and approval processes.
- Provide evidence and documentation required for IT audits.
- Recommend improvements to IT audit processes.
- Perform other activities related to the role/process as required.
Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent Spanish
