Job Description

Technical Service Specialist providing support and technical assistance for Axalta automotive coating products. Engaging with customers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating on R&D for new product launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical direction and assistance to customers regarding Axalta coating products
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve painting issues
  • Collaborate with R&D for product trials and launches
  • Communicate data points and updates to Axalta departments

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (Minimum)
  • 3+ years of automotive coatings application/manufacturing experience
  • Experience with automotive painting equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
