Job Description
Technical Service Specialist providing support and technical assistance for Axalta automotive coating products. Engaging with customers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating on R&D for new product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth technical direction and assistance to customers regarding Axalta coating products
- Respond to customer questions and concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve painting issues
- Collaborate with R&D for product trials and launches
- Communicate data points and updates to Axalta departments
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Minimum)
- 3+ years of automotive coatings application/manufacturing experience
- Experience with automotive painting equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
