Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer creating personalized engagements and digital journeys. Collaborating with teams to implement Salesforce solutions in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Salesforce engagement tools.
- Create personalized experiences across digital channels based on user behavior and profiles.
- Develop segmentation rules, recommendations, and personalized campaigns.
- Integrate data from different sources to support real-time personalization strategies.
- Configure omnichannel journeys and experiences focused on engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Technology teams to implement new initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of implemented actions and propose continuous improvements.
- Ensure technical quality, scalability, and development best practices within the Salesforce platform.
Requirements:
- Solid experience developing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Engagement and Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- Experience implementing digital personalization strategies and customer journeys.
- Knowledge of data integration and Salesforce solution architecture.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and web development.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or Customer Experience (CX) projects.
