Job Description
Salesforce Solution Architect designing OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions for federal programs. Leading integrations, analytics, AI capabilities, and stakeholder advisory at VXForward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized solutions within Salesforce, primarily using OmniStudio and Flex Pages
- Design solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement aligned to Federal programs
- Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions
- Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation within OmniStudio
- Develop and customize Velocity templates for personalized content and communications
- Test and debug OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions
- Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and team members on integration with existing Salesforce environments
- Stay current on OmniStudio and Flex Pages features and best practices
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Optimize implementations to meet evolving business needs
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog with stakeholders
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write and maintain test classes
- Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce
- Architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
- Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions
- Support enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring initiatives
- Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives
- Translate business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions
Requirements:
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs and OmniStudio
- Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Ability to solve high-level software and application issues
- Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle
- Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
