Job Description

Salesforce Technical Architect leading high-performance development teams for enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. Engaging in presales activities and providing expert guidance in Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce project development teams
  • Work on presales activities including responding to RFP/pursuits, estimating, demos, and client presentations
  • Assist in client discussions and presentations to showcase the organization's Salesforce practice capabilities, tailoring offerings to meet specific client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients and team members on Salesforce best practices, solutions, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and efficiently, working towards resolution.
  • Understand Salesforce market trends.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, applying this knowledge to enhance outcomes and propose innovative solutions. Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive successful project deliveries.
  • Familiarize the team with customer’s needs and development process;
  • Take ownership of the project. Collaborate with the project team to drive closure to problems and open issues;

Requirements:

  • Overall experience of 5+ years with a minimum of 1 year serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce Field Service (formerly FSL) technical implementations
  • 3+ years of Apex programming, triggers, controllers and classes
  • 2+ years of Lightning Aura Component or LWC programming
  • At least 1 years of development team leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of the Field Service Managed Package, including the Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Policies, and Optimization logic
  • Experience estimating RFP/pursuits and documenting assumptions that underpin the estimate
  • Strong experience developing components/applications using Lightning Framework
  • Solid experience using standard salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming);
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools;
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC.
