Job Description
Technical Project Manager leading Salesforce CRM modernization for Veterans’ healthcare access at Sprezzatura. Managing technical delivery, compliance, stakeholders, budgets, and Agile project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives within the VA focused on modernizing Veterans’ access to care through Salesforce-based CRM solutions
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and development teams to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership
- Provide regular updates and progress reports
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success
- Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
- Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in technical project management
- Preferably 3+ years on Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
- Technical knowledge in software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure management
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) preferred
- Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies preferred
- Reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer participates in E-Verify
