Job Description
Consultor SAP HCM/HR developing computer vision solutions autonomously in remote work model. Requires expertise in Python, CNNs, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
Responsibilities:
- Professional with hands-on experience developing Computer Vision solutions, working independently on projects from data exploration to delivering models into production environments.
- Development of Computer Vision models for images and videos
- Proficiency in Python and scientific libraries
- Strong experience with CNNs, detection, classification, and segmentation
- Advanced experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Data processing and curation (data augmentation, balancing)
- Model evaluation and optimization
- Model integration via APIs or pipelines
- Experience with cloud or on-premises environments
- Best practices for versioning and experiment tracking
- Soft skills
- Autonomy in carrying out tasks
- Analytical ability and critical thinking
- Good communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Active collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Management of priorities and deadlines
