Job Description
Scrum Master driving success in public health technology consulting within a SAFe framework. Facilitate agile methodologies and collaborate with public health stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies within the SAFe framework
- Coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices
- Remove impediments to team progress
- Support continuous improvement through retrospectives
- Maintain and improve project tracking and visibility
- Foster collaboration between technical teams and public health stakeholders
- Contribute public health subject matter expertise to project discussions
- Create engaging remote work environments that promote team success
Requirements:
- Direct experience working in governmental public health
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience implementing SAFe methodologies
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities
- Excellence in remote team management
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement
- Strong time management and self-motivation
- Ability to work with AI tools and large language models
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to adhere to our no-drug workplace policy
