Job Description
Sr Agile Coach championing Agile principles and coaching teams to achieve Agile maturity. Leading collaboration with various departments to foster Agile practices and values.
Responsibilities:
- Champion an Agile mindset and principles
- Coach and develop self-empowered teams
- Partner with Business, Product, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, and Technology leaders
- Collaborate to educate on agile principles and best practices
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Coach Value Streams and Leadership for improved delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner experience
- 2+ years of enterprise agile coaching experience
- Advanced level Certifications from respected organizations
- Participation in the Agile community
- Proven experience in agile software delivery methods
- Experience in Enterprise-wide Agile Coaching
- Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
- Strong knowledge of metrics
- Previous experience coaching product owners and scrum masters
- Experience with Jira
