Job Description
Scrum Master leading agile teams at Codgo.X, ensuring process efficacy and project delivery. Fluent in Spanish, working in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate teams with maturity and turn processes into results
- Lead agile ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective
- Remove impediments and support the team in maturity growth
- Work with agile metrics and multiple squads
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
- Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
- Skill in removing impediments and supporting the team’s maturity evolution
- Experience with agile metrics (Lead Time, Throughput, Velocity, CFD, etc.)
- Experience in environments with multiple squads
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong communication skills, systems thinking, and a collaborative mindset
- Organized and able to manage own time in a remote environment
- Use of personal equipment for work (BYOD)
