Job Description
Senior AI Engineer working on Generative AI projects with a focus on Azure. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Generative AI applications using agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Framework, LangChain, etc.).
- Design and implement autonomous agents and multi-agent systems to execute tasks across multiple domains.
- Translate technical and business requirements into scalable Generative AI solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
- Implement workflows involving model integration, agent behavior, RAG, and inference pipelines.
- Use Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Studio for experimentation, evaluation, and deployment of GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate, ensure technical quality, and evolve AI solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience with Generative AI models such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini, including prompt engineering and behavior tuning.
- Hands-on experience developing AI agents and orchestration using tools like Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Framework, LangChain, CrewAI, or Autogen.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Prompt Flow, and Azure Cognitive Search.
- Experience with RAG architectures and integrations.
- Intermediate to advanced Python skills, using modern AI/ML libraries such as transformers, langchain, and the semantic-kernel SDK.
- Knowledge of guardrails and security for Generative AI, such as NeMo Guardrails or native Azure mechanisms.
- Experience with evaluation tools for GenAI applications, like RAGAS or custom metrics.
- Intermediate to advanced English for technical reading and writing.
