Job Description
ServiceNow Integration Developer contributing technical expertise to large-scale health IT programs. Collaborating across teams to maintain operational continuity and support EHR integration efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Client organization and partner groups to support program operations.
- Assist in identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving mitigation strategies to maintain progress.
- Contribute to documentation, technical analysis, reporting, and process alignment activities.
- Support the coordination of ServiceNow-related integration work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Help maintain operational continuity across related workstreams, ensuring that dependencies and integration points are understood.
- Provide analytical support to ensure integration activities meet functional and operational requirements.
- Use productivity and collaboration tools to support project tracking, communication, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive electronic health records (EHR) support experience
- 5+ years of progressive software development focused on ServiceNow Business Analysis and ServiceNow Incident Management in analytical, engineering or analytical roles
- At least one ServiceNow Certification
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
