Job Description
Senior Back End Software Developer & Tech Lead working on SaaS products for industrial equipment efficiency. Collaborating with Digital Products Team to integrate IoT and AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support software engineers
- Continuing development of our SaaS application
- Refactor and polish existing code to improve performance, usability, and maintainability
- Implement new features based on product roadmap and customer feedback
- Write and maintain unit tests and technical documentation
- Collaborate with other developers and teams
- Support customer technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (technical master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of professional experience as a SW / back end developer
- Proficient in Java (Spring), SQL, Docker
- Experience in Terraform
- Experience in AWS
- Experience with REST APIs, unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and documentation habits
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
