Job Description

Senior Bid & Account Manager für öffentliche IT-Vergaben bei cloud-native ARES. Steuerung komplexer Ausschreibungen, Angebotsstrategien und gewonnener Kunden sowie Rahmenverträge.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess relevant public-sector IT tenders
  • Manage the entire bid process, from bid/no-bid decisions through to proposal submission
  • Coordinate the technical, commercial, and organizational components of proposals
  • Take responsibility for pricing, financial calculations, and the commercial proposal strategy
  • Manage bidder questions, presentations, and negotiations
  • Manage and develop acquired customers and framework agreements
  • Further develop bid processes, templates, and procurement strategies
  • Participate occasionally in customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree or vocational training
  • Several years of experience in bid management or public-sector sales within the IT sector
  • Ideally, direct responsibility for complex tenders
  • Experience with large-scale public-sector IT procurements, ideally worth millions of euros
  • Strong knowledge of public administration and public procurement, preferably at state or federal level
  • Experience with framework agreements and complex IT services
  • Excellent commercial understanding and experience in proposal costing
  • Structured, independent way of working with a high degree of ownership
  • Confident and professional presence when dealing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Very good German and English language skills
