Job Description
Senior Brand Designer at Procurify enhancing brand identity and visual assets. Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful designs across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets across web, social, events, paid media, email, product marketing, and sales enablement
- Create motion graphics and short-form animations for product explainers, social content, and campaigns
- Apply and extend brand guidelines to ensure consistency while thoughtfully evolving the brand over time
- Partner with fellow marketers, product managers, and writers to concept and execute campaigns
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, scale-up, iterative environment
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows, explore creative directions, and enhance outputs while maintaining quality and originality
- Prepare files for handoff across teams, ensuring consistency and production readiness
- Contribute ideas and creative perspectives during planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of professional experience as a brand designer, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or digital-first environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Visual design across digital channels
- Motion graphics or animation (e.g., product animations, social clips, explainers)
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Figma
- Practical experience using AI tools in a design workflow (e.g., for ideation, asset creation, iteration, or automation)
- Strong understanding and competency with core design principles (i.e. typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy)
- Video editing and production skills
- Understanding of UX and UI design principles
- Experience working with Lottie animations
- Familiarity and facility in designing for print/large format visuals and preparing print-ready files
- Experience building, iterating, and implementing design systems and guidelines
- Keen attention to detail with an adaptable approach to creative problem-solving
- Ability to balance speed and polish while working collaboratively
- Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
- Maintains a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presence.
