Job Description
Senior Brand Designer defining visual identity for Horizon3.ai, a fast-growing cybersecurity company. Leading brand evolution across high-visibility touchpoints from digital screens to major trade shows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design for physical brand experiences
- Help translate brand strategy into a scalable visual language
- Act as a creative sparring partner, iterating in the open
- Maintain and evolve digital brand guidelines and asset libraries
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in brand design
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
- Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into visual metaphors
- Deep understanding of print production, large-format specs for events
- Strong understanding of how brand identities translate to the web
- Ability to define a proprietary visual language that differentiates the company
- Ability to articulate and defend design choices based on brand strategy
- Growth-driven mindset prioritizing brand goals over aesthetic preferences
