Job Description
Senior Business Analyst at Arco Educação ensuring data quality and influencing commercial decisions. Developing dashboards and providing analytical support for sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality, consistency and correct interpretation of revenue and sales funnel data, influencing operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and analyses that guide operational priorities, risks and opportunities.
- Critically evaluate metrics, analyses and processes, challenging assumptions and proposing governance improvements.
- Support the commercial/sales team with reliable analytical inputs for funnel tracking and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking about metrics and business impact, with the ability to anticipate the effects of decisions on the funnel and operations.
- Ability to structure business problems in ambiguous scenarios.
- Solid experience with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience defining, reviewing and tracking metrics and KPIs.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a collaborative, autonomous profile and a fast learner.
