Job Description
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst managing reporting and analytics for LighthouseAI. Building scalable dashboards and delivering actionable insights across Professional Services.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end professional services reporting and analytics strategy
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and SQL-based data models
- Develop automated reporting pipelines that replace manual data processes
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Build and manage KPIs and metrics (i.e. cost per employee, cost per activity, Output vs. spend vs. revenue, Productivity and efficiency trends)
- Create normalized performance metrics (i.e. staffing models forecasting, budget planning, resource optimization)
- Partner with Finance to align operational metrics with financial performance and forecasting models
- Develop reporting frameworks and establish quality reporting and measurement standards
- Track progress against 2026 operational and financial targets
- Deliver insights that drive proactive operational improvements
- Build scalable data foundations to support long-term reporting needs
- Standardize processes for data collection, reporting, and documentation
- Create training and documentation to ensure consistent use of reporting tools and dashboards
- Establish accountability frameworks that drive operational efficiency
- Partner closely with Professional Services leadership, Finance, and Customer Success
- Deliver executive-ready reporting for leadership decision-making
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive operational planning and business outcomes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, compliance, regulatory, healthcare, or professional services environments
- 3+ years of experience working with multi-source data environments (CRM, PSA tools, ERP, accounting systems)
- Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience running complex queries across large datasets
- Expert-level experience in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and automation
- Strong experience building KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics
- Experience working with QuickBooks or comparable financial/accounting platforms
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Strong understanding of: cost modeling, resource utilization, revenue and margin analytics, operational efficiency frameworks
- Experience building scalable analytics and reporting systems
- Ability to streamline and automate manual workflows
- Strong documentation, training, and standardization skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to executives and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Microsoft Office suite competency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
