Job Description
Senior Business Systems Analyst optimizing Kiwiplan ERP/MES solutions for Georgia-Pacific’s corrugated manufacturing operations. Translating plant needs into reliable systems, enhancements, testing, and support.
Responsibilities:
- Support, implement, enhance, and optimize the Kiwiplan Manufacturing Execution System and related applications for the Corrugated division
- Partner with business stakeholders and plant personnel to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and translate needs into technology solutions
- Troubleshoot system-related issues, provide production support, and identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Configure, test, validate, and support software enhancements, integrations, and system improvements
- Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios
- Create and maintain process documentation, system design documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver technology solutions that improve business processes and operational performance
Requirements:
- Experience working in business or IT functions supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, or business technology solutions
- Experience with Kiwiplan software or related ERP/MES platforms
- Experience gathering business requirements, documenting system needs, and translating requirements into technology solutions
- Willingness and ability to participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, including on-site work at Corrugated manufacturing facilities
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Existing knowledge of Kiwiplan manufacturing systems preferred
- Experience in demand management and on-time management preferred
- Knowledge of the corrugated industry preferred
- Experience writing SQL queries or working with MySQL preferred
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field preferred
