Job Description
Trainer in IT System Integration delivering courses and supporting learners in competency development. This role involves remote teaching and preparation of educational materials.
Responsibilities:
- Subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Use of various teaching methods to design lessons
- Preparation and development of course-related learning materials according to the curriculum
- Conducting competency assessments
Requirements:
- Vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
- Professional experience configuring and managing MS Servers
- Knowledge of virtualization (HyperView) and Linux (advantageous)
- Interest in AI and ChatGPT and the ability to integrate them effectively into teaching
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, vocational instructor, or teacher is an advantage
- Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., trainer certificate according to AEVO)
- Methodical and didactic competence in conveying teaching content
- Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
