Job Description
Senior Cash Management Specialist managing cash, treasury, investor reconciliations, and reporting. Supporting Reprise Financial’s technology-enabled personal-loan business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile cash activity across multiple bank accounts
- Research and resolve funding issues involving customers, investors, and third parties
- Execute and monitor the investor buyback process
- Perform treasury functions, including bank account maintenance and administration
- Prepare and support investor purchase reconciliations and reporting activities
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal business partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including UDAAP, BSA/AML, Information Security, and Employee Handbook requirements
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management controls
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- At least 4 years of experience in financial services
- At least 1 year of system knowledge working with Shaw Retail
- Basic knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Customer-focused approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to collaborate and work independently when needed
- Must reside in one of the company’s approved locations by the start date
