Job Description
Senior Client Delivery Lead guiding German GenerationFlex clients through onboarding. Coordinating technology, hardware, and energy-market transformation for Kraken’s renewable-energy SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support German GenerationFlex clients through their Kraken onboarding journey and wider business transformation
- Manage and coordinate stakeholders during initial client implementation
- Serve as the first point of contact for technology development and issue resolution during implementation
- Organise workstreams, flag dependencies, coordinate internal and external teams, and provide clear updates
- Act as a subject matter expert on German and European energy markets
- Evaluate hardware and software solutions for regional fit
- Develop deep knowledge of Kraken’s technology offering and help clients with onboarding
- Understand client user needs and how Kraken capabilities support asset management and energy trading strategies
- Work with account managers on strategic business reviews and client transformation workshops
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements, market expansion, user growth and upselling
- Drive internal process improvements to enhance onboarding and accelerate time to value
- Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success and support teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their partners
Requirements:
- Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience working across software and hardware
- Experience working with complex delivery pipelines for clients
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, spotting dependencies, mitigating risks and maintaining momentum
- Exceptional relationship management across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex technical problems clearly
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
- Strong interest in understanding energy-market intricacies
- Solid understanding of technology and technology trends
- Agile delivery experience
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations and cloud software architecture
- Patience, initiative, time management and a get-stuff-done attitude
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Fully proficient in English and German at C1 level
- Occasional travel required
- Full right to work in the country of application; no visa sponsorship available
- Knowledge of German and European energy markets, including hardware and connectivity requirements, TSOs and DSOs, re-dispatch, ancillary-service requirements and competitor landscape
- Experience with flexibility products is a plus
- Other European languages are a plus
