Job Description

Client Services Senior Analyst executing operational objectives in a fast-growing tech firm. Involves data collection, reconciliation, and supporting various lines of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of operational objectives.
  • Work closely with product groups performing the day-to-day functions.
  • Identify operational improvements.
  • Support the various lines of business.
  • Services include but are not limited to data collection, reconciliation, and client driven reporting.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of all asset class transactions and payment requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Loan Settlements process and platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of CDO Compliance calculations and modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products with intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple projects with various deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and possess strong analytical and exception resolution methods.
  • Takes initiative and ownership of job responsibilities and performs duties accurately and timely.
  • Proactively manage daily workflow through client understanding and service level agreements.
  • Comply and enforce standard policies and procedures.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and development.
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
