Job Description
Commercial leasing specialist managing rail customer relationships and operating lease growth in Nebraska. Generating new leasing and freight transportation financing opportunities for CIT Rail.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing Rail customers within the territory
- Originate incremental rail operating leasing volume
- Maximize revenue on renewals of existing leases
- Liaise with Rail Customer Service, Mechanical, and Financial Operations groups on customer needs
- Generate new Rail customers through direct calling efforts
- Work with the Rail Structured Finance Group to generate non-operating lease financing opportunities
- Originate new operating lease transactions and generate financing opportunities in the freight transportation sector
Requirements:
- This is a remote role that may only be hired in Nebraska
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience and 10 years' experience in Sales, Leasing
- OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Sales, Leasing
- Preferred experience: Railcar Leasing
