Job Description
Senior Commercial Leasing Specialist managing rail customer relationships and originating railcar operating leases. Generating new customers and freight transportation financing opportunities for First Citizens Bank's CIT Rail division.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing Rail customers within the territory
- Originate incremental rail operating leasing volume
- Maximize revenue on renewals of existing leases
- Liaise with Rail Customer Service, Mechanical, and Financial Operations groups on customer needs
- Generate new Rail customers through direct calling efforts
- Work with the Rail Structured Finance Group to generate non-operating lease financing opportunities
- Originate new operating lease transactions and other financing opportunities in the freight transportation sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience and 10 years' experience in Sales, Leasing
- OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Sales, Leasing
- Preferred area of experience: Railcar Leasing
