Job Description
Senior Consultant advising clients as Trusted Advisor on Data, GenAI, and Process Automation. Involves developing solutions and strategies with a focus on analytics and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Advise business units and management as a Trusted Advisor on data, analytics, GenAI, and automation topics
- Analyze and understand business processes, decision logic, and functional objectives
- Structure complex functional, analytical, and organizational questions
- Translate business goals into analytical questions, target visions, and prioritized initiatives
- Collaboratively develop target architectures, roadmaps, and priorities with clients
- Assess business requirements in light of technical possibilities and limitations
- Build reusable methodologies, decision frameworks, and standards
- Contribute to the establishment and further development of scalable consulting and delivery structures
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a consulting role within data, BI, analytics, AI, or process automation
- Proven experience as a sparring partner for business units and management
- Strong business analytics skills: understanding of business processes and KPIs
- Ability to derive analytical questions from business objectives
- Ability to evaluate data, analyses, and results in a business context
- Strong technical understanding of: BI and data architectures (e.g., Power BI, DWH, Lakehouse), analytical models and decision logic, and production GenAI applications
- Experience with automation of business processes
- Ability to communicate complex business and technical relationships clearly
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams (both technical and disciplinary leadership)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
