Job Description
Senior Customer Service Representative working remotely to resolve complex customer inquiries. Assisting in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting team success.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Answer incoming communications from customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or telecommunications
- 2+ years of accounting experience or equivalent explaining financial information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (>15 mbps)
