Job Description
Senior Customer Success Manager at Sourcegraph managing enterprise customer accounts. Driving product adoption, customer engagement, and strategic outcomes with high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of 15-20 enterprise accounts
- Drive adoption and customer health for renewal and expansion
- Conduct strategic customer conversations
- Lead product trainings and workflow discussions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, account coordination, technical support, solutions consulting, or similar; the title matters less than the experience)
- Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment
- Demonstrated comfort presenting to customers or technical audiences
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
