Job Description

Senior Customer Success Manager at Sourcegraph managing enterprise customer accounts. Driving product adoption, customer engagement, and strategic outcomes with high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of 15-20 enterprise accounts
  • Drive adoption and customer health for renewal and expansion
  • Conduct strategic customer conversations
  • Lead product trainings and workflow discussions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, account coordination, technical support, solutions consulting, or similar; the title matters less than the experience)
  • Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated comfort presenting to customers or technical audiences
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
