Job Description
Senior Customer Success Manager leading strategic partnerships across Texas school districts at a growing EdTech company. Focus on reducing teacher burnout and accelerating student learning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-level strategic partnerships across major Texas school districts.
- Manage a multimillion-dollar book of business.
- Drive customer adoptions and lead renewal efforts.
- Oversee complex onboarding and renewal processes.
- Design interventions that boost adoption.
- Build deep trust with district executive leadership.
Requirements:
- 5 - 10 years of experience as an individual contributor managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of meeting NRR and retention targets.
- Demonstrated experience leading commercial conversations around renewals, expansion, and pricing.
- Technically proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and LMS integrations.
- Extensive experience in the K-12 EdTech sector within the state of Texas.
- Comfort and availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
