Job Description

Senior Customer Success Manager leading strategic partnerships across Texas school districts at a growing EdTech company. Focus on reducing teacher burnout and accelerating student learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-level strategic partnerships across major Texas school districts.
  • Manage a multimillion-dollar book of business.
  • Drive customer adoptions and lead renewal efforts.
  • Oversee complex onboarding and renewal processes.
  • Design interventions that boost adoption.
  • Build deep trust with district executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience as an individual contributor managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting NRR and retention targets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading commercial conversations around renewals, expansion, and pricing.
  • Technically proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and LMS integrations.
  • Extensive experience in the K-12 EdTech sector within the state of Texas.
  • Comfort and availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
