Job Description
Technical Support Agent providing support to customers in Property Management SaaS. Fully remote role with UK business hours and required financial accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support
- Troubleshoot and communicate solutions for financial and property accounting software issues
- Participate in or lead onboarding, setup, and training for new customers
- Assist in testing and deploying SaaS solutions
- Collaborate on best practice support processes aligned with company strategy
- Stay current on technology trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in 3rd line customer-facing technical support roles
- Strong financial accounting experience, preferably in property accounting
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and professional phone manner
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, confident, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of IT standards, service design, or system behavior
- Familiarity with web technologies: Bootstrap, CodeIgniter/PHP frameworks, LAMP stack, JavaScript, CSS, Git/Subversion
- Experience in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting SaaS deployments
