Job Description
Senior Data Analyst working with data to support marketing initiatives and business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear insights from complex datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, transform, and analyze data to support analytical, reporting, and modeling initiatives.
- Implement and support existing data models, with a strong understanding of their logic, assumptions, and outputs.
- Analyze data and deliver clear, actionable insights to Marketing and business stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing program managers, analytics teams, and risk stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
- Interpret model outputs and analytical results for non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and business relevance.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to support technical and analytical implementations.
- Operate hands-on within proprietary marketing platforms, coding and testing analytical scenarios prior to in-market execution.
- Provide oversight and coordination for day-to-day activities related to list processing and data execution vendors.
- Participate in strategy discussions, project planning, and daily scrums.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to data controls, regulatory standards, and internal governance policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, or hybrid Analytics roles.
- Strong background supporting marketing, customer, or business-focused analytics initiatives.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams, including vendors.
- Exposure to regulated data environments is highly preferred.
