Job Description
Senior Data Analyst transforming data into actionable insights for clients at Fresche Solutions. Collaborating with teams to analyze complex data environments and develop analytical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing data processes to understand, document, and improve them
- Clean, transform, and analyze data to meet specific project objectives
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand their data needs
- Translate client requirements into concrete actions for the development of analytical solutions
- Work within project teams (typically 3–5 people) to deliver client solutions
- Define and apply best practices for data analysis, transformation, and documentation
- Identify and support the implementation of data governance policies ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Keep up to date with new technologies and recommend improvements to data management and analysis practices
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge technology and architecture to achieve business objectives
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a data analyst consultant role
- Minimum 5 years' experience in data analysis or related fields
- Minimum 2 years' experience with SQL
- Understanding of data management and visualization practices
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and concepts (mappings, transformations, pipeline orchestration)
- Proficiency in data modeling and analysis
- Basic knowledge of data architecture (storage, engineering, modeling, performance, governance)
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and time management abilities
