Job Description
Technical lead for Defined Benefits pension administration systems at Conduent, a mission-critical services provider. Translating plan requirements into system enhancements and resolving complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Defined Benefits administration and LWConnect functionality
- Partner with Client and CSM on systemic changes, enhancements, requirements, and issue resolution
- Coordinate work with OTS and other technology teams to ensure successful delivery of system changes
- Translate Defined Benefits plan provisions and business requirements into functional and technical requirements
- Support pension administration processes including benefit calculations, eligibility, participant data, and plan rules
- Lead requirements gathering, impact analysis, system enhancements, testing, and UAT
- Analyze complex system and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions
- Guide Business Analysts and SMEs through project activities and deliverables
- Develop process flows, requirements, user documentation, and training materials
- Act as a liaison between business, operations, client, and technology teams
- Communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Defined Benefits pension administration
- Experience supporting pension/benefits administration systems
- Strong Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst experience
- Knowledge of Defined Benefits plan provisions, benefit calculations, eligibility, and participant data
- Experience with requirements gathering, system changes, testing, and UAT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Experience working across business and technical teams
- Ability to work independently and lead complex assignments
- LWConnect experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience serving as a Technical Lead or Defined Benefits SME preferred
- Experience coordinating technology work with OTS or similar technical delivery teams preferred
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization/reporting tools preferred
- College or university degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
