Job Description
Senior Designer at Super7 creating innovative designs across branding and packaging mediums. Collaborating with creative teams to push visual aesthetics and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative designs across a variety of mediums, including branding, packaging, print, digital, and experiential projects.
- Partner with the Creative Director and Art Directors to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute bold creative ideas.
- Actively create and contribute original design work, pushing the boundaries of Super7’s visual aesthetic.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Support and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Provide constructive feedback during design reviews to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of design experience in a creative studio or similar environment, with a focus on branding, packaging, and print design.
- Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from concept to completion.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Familiarity with interactive design tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of work, including branding, packaging, and creative campaigns.
