Job Description
Senior Developer leading AI transformation projects utilizing Agentic AI for beverage industry. Join a high-performance team working on global platform harmonization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technological acceleration front utilizing Agentic AI to extract, analyze, and document business rules and technical architecture from legacy systems (SAP Hybris).
- Design and enhance AI Agents capable of ingesting and analyzing complex artifacts.
- Utilize AI pipelines to extract business rules and integration flows between Hybris systems and ERPs.
- Automate the creation of the artifact inventory and initial business rules documentation.
- Partner with the team to validate AI outputs and ensure technical accuracy of harmonization recommendations.
- Ensure AI captures required contextual information, minimizing dependency on stakeholder interviews.
- Participate in a high-visibility international project involving Brazil and Mexico markets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Expertise in Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and the creation of multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with system architecture and the ability to process/analyze legacy codebases.
- Proficiency in transforming unstructured data (transcripts, videos, manuals) into structured technical documentation.
- Experience working in Agile environments with rapid delivery cycles (1-week sprints).
