Job Description
Senior developer for XIMDEX developing components for semantic information management in educational and editorial sectors. Involves work with PHP and Javascript frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop components to add, modify, enrich, transform and syndicate data and content.
- Use our information management components (XCMS, XEDIT, XDAM, ...) in projects for the publishing and education sectors.
Requirements:
- Experience with PHP (Laravel or Symfony) and/or JavaScript (React).
- Advanced user-level experience with UNIX operating systems (Linux).
- Participation in open source projects.
- English level B1 or higher.
- Use of Git, JIRA, etc.
- Experience with virtualization services and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Continuous integration practices.
- Use of design patterns.
- Knowledge of Semantic Web technologies: Apache Stanbol, RDF, OWL, etc.
- Knowledge of programming languages: PHP (Laravel), JavaScript, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as XML/XSLT, HTML5 and CSS3, WAI, etc.
- Experience with systems such as IONIC, Apache Cordova, Stanbol, Hadoop, Kafka, Cassandra, etc.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, etc.
- DevOps-oriented profile.
