Job Description

Senior Gartner analyst shaping enterprise leadership transformation insights for AI, digital change, and organizational strategy. Advising executives through research, presentations, and actionable client recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content
  • Develop thought leadership, new insights, and actionable approaches to client needs
  • Analyze client barriers and needs to identify root causes and drive strategy forward
  • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts
  • Provide independent insights to Gartner leaders and influence research agendas
  • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts
  • Advise clients and prospects through virtual and face-to-face interactions
  • Create and deliver presentations for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings
  • Provide sales support and help Insights teams create content and engage clients
  • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer reviews
  • Build credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy
  • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions
  • Collaborate with peers in the Insights community
  • Improve research processes and develop new processes for service delivery
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Encourage regular client engagement with Gartner insights and interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
  • Experience leading enterprise leadership capability strategies
  • Experience redesigning leadership models for AI, digital transformation and organizational change
  • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellence in research and writing
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
  • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data
  • Ability to apply patterns and frameworks and defend conclusions to client challenges
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts concisely
  • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team
  • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments
  • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
